Catalog products
Statutory withdrawal/return requests may be filed within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and resalable. Open a return request with your order number; refunds follow after warehouse acceptance.
Custom / printed production
Goods made to approved custom size/print generally have no withdrawal right. Claims are reviewed for manufacturing defect or non-conforming delivery. Customer-provided dimension/design errors are not the seller’s responsibility.
