Withdrawal (catalog)
For standard catalog goods, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply subject to statutory exceptions and unused/resalable condition.
Custom production exception
Boxes made to customer size, print or bespoke design may be treated as goods prepared according to the consumer’s specifications. Withdrawal generally does not apply; returns are assessed only for defect or non-conforming delivery. The approved quote forms part of the contract.
